Switched Up Sunday: All Those Scraps!

Hi Crafty Folks,

Time for another Switched Up Sunday Post!!

Switched up Sunday takes a previous project and switches it to a different purpose, style or even item. Today I’m taking two previous makes and switching up the style.

The first project to switch is a batch of Christmas cards that I made using Project Life! memory cards. The second is a Masculine Make card that I made using the Quirky Critters stamp set by Stampin’ Up!. Links to both posts are included at the end of this post.

Here are the switched up projects:

To switch up the Christmas cards I used two, simple, Project Life cards and instead of making them the focus, I added a gold, heat embossed sentiment. I then added some fun embellishments with Velvet ribbon and metallic gems.

For the Quirky Critter card, I switched the recipient gender from male to female. I chose to Heat emboss instead of ink stamping the image. I again added some fun embellishments.

I always enjoy Switching previous projects and creating something new and exciting!

I hope that you have enjoyed your visit – Thank you for stopping by,

Take Care and Happy Crafting!
