Friday Fun: Hand Stamped Daisy Card

Hey folks, I hope that you are all well and that you are managing to get crafty as often as you possibly can 🙂

For this project I designed my own patterned cardstock. I subscribe to Two different , monthly craft magazines which both include a free gift. When the magazine arrived with a few stamp set that included Daisies in a cluster I was so very happy! I love daisies – e are so simple and pretty.

I decided that I wanted to stamp and colour my own patterned card – so I did and here it is:

My aim was to use the finished cardstock design to make four cards so that is exactly what I did:

I kept the layout simple by matting the cut-to-size daisy card onto coordinating pearl cardstock, (I was so pleased when I found this cardstock as it matches so very perfectly!!). I added some garden green ribbon to accent the green leaves. It did, however, detract from the flowers so I then added white lace over the green ribbon which produced a more subtle effect. A simple stamped and punched out sentiment completed the card 🙂

I hope that you have enjoyed todays project and that you stop by again next time.

Take Care and Happy Crafting,

Ms.Rabbit x
