Quick and Simple Thank You Card

Hi all,

Here for a really quick share today!

I made a lovely, yet simple, thank you card using one of my favourite colour combinations: Purple and Green. I added White to offset the combo and to show the colours off to their best hue 🙂

I kept the image simple by adding definition to the Purples/Greens, in close tones – I used Promarkers but any colouring medium would look great. I kept the embellishments simple by mostly layering papers; the patterned Green paper just peeking through so as not to overwhelm the Flower sprig. I also added a small bow – onto which I added a tiny diamante – plus two purple gems to the top right corner.

(The flower sprig is from a Stampin’ Up! set which is no longer available.)

I didn’t use foam pads or bulky embellishments, which helps to reduce postage costs and the overall effect is quite elegant I think 🙂

As always, I would love to hear your thoughts,

Take Care and Happy Crafting xx
