Hi again,
I’m here today to share a quick card that I made using extra supplies from a card kit by Stampin’ Up!.
Wherever possible with craft kits, I try to really make the most of every little piece that I can.
For example, on the card below you will see an orange ‘outline’ banner. I cut this from the chipboard sheet: that is, it is the leftovers, the negative space even. The actual banners were popped out from this sheet but I decided to cut around the opening, there by almost doubling my elements.
The patterned paper I used here ~ the gold and colourful spotty paper ~ was actually designed to be the card base itself. However, I just loved it so much that I wanted to do more ~ I cut the cards in half on the fold and again doubled the possibilities 🙂
So, with a few extras from my stash, (probably extras from a previous project, lol), I managed to make about 18 cards in total, not a bad days work 🙂
I hope you have enjoyed todays post and that you feel inspired to stretch your stash yourselves.
I would love to hear whether you have done anything similar, so , as always, take care and Happy Crafting! x
Great card, great design.

We’re obviously on some sort of mission to make cards which have the same themes, Jennifer, because I’ve made a thank you card too!
Like the dotty background – it has a sense of fun and lightness! A really happy looking little creation.
Like you – I try to use everything I’ve got and always double check anything I’m about to throw away – just to see if I could get a second life out of anything before it reaches the bin.
Have a fabulous Bank Holiday Monday, Jen. ~ Cobs.x
