Papaya Collage Card

Hi all,
Today I’m sharing a card I made using the Papaya Collage stamp set by Stampin’ Up!. This is now a retired set – although you may find it on ebay etc – I decided to show how to make a card with minimal supplies.

I made this card using minimal supplies.

I wanted to show that you don’t need loads of supplies, or a huge array of stamps etc to achieve great results.  Just pick one that you love and save up or treat yourself šŸ™‚
Stamp multiple layers, decoupage images and add simple details like I did using a piercing tool – aka pokey tool – I created a pierced border then wrapped around some twine.
As you can see,  simple can be very effective.  I cased this card from the 2013/14  Stampin’ Up!  Catalogue. I used what was in my stash and the one stamp set. I saved up to treat myself to it and have enjoyed using all the stamp designs it contains.
So have a go- do what I do and challenge yourself to pick one set ,(or a trio of stamps you own), and get creating!

Take care and Happy Crafting  xx
