A Crafty Baby Shower (Pt5)

image

Hi all!

For this section of the baby shower projects, I shall focus on the Decorations.
I totally loved making the decorations, as,  for the most part,  I had no restrictions so to speak. Once again Amanda,  Baby Shower Organiser Extraordinaire, was a willing assistant 🙂
Of course,  using the same colour scheme and paper pack was required; but that was hardly a problem as both were lovely! So I set to making the decs; one requested item was a hanging mobile, possibly two –  of course we made two lol.

Umbrella mobile made using the craftwell, e craft electronic cutting machine.

The umbrella and flower shapes were cut using an electronic cutting machine. The images were the same used on the invites and lots of foam pads and inked edges added dimension.

Ribbon purchased from the haberdashery section at Dunelm.

Pretty ribbon and a silk ribbon rose were added for finishing touches. Both sides of the mobile were decorated and the punched image that dangles from the handle, add stability.
The next post will be the second to last part of my Crafty Baby shower series.  Please feel free to ask any questions and I shall be happy to answer 🙂

As always,  thank you for the visit and Happy crafting to all, Jenny 🙂

  1. Oh my goodness, these are SO CUTE!!!

If I were invited to this baby shower, you’d find me, at the end, walking out with a bag filled to capacity with decorations, bits, pieces, stuff, things and all things that you’d made! (Topped off with a generous slice of cake, naturally. LOL.

These little umbrellas are fabulous. Well done!
